Customer Relations Selling/Listing

AVM Setting: Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com

Many Realtors have contacted our office to ask why their MLS listings are not showing up on third-party websites such as Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. Although United Realty Group is set up to syndicate its listings through these third-party websites, along with 50 to 60 others through ListHub, you must first select two out of the three IDX functions for the syndication to work properly.
Select YES for the Internet option and select YES for the AVM option. The Internet option allows the listing to be placed on the Internet and the AVM option allows for the listing to show on a third-party website (i.e. Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com) along with showing the property’s market valuation. Both must be selected to properly show your listings on a third-party website.

I am one of the Managing Brokers for United Realty Group, Inc. I have been servicing the residential real estate market since January 2007 and have formed a real passion for the industry. With high standards and a strong moral compass, I am pleased to serve our industry and URG's REALTORS on a daily basis.
